I hope this newsletter finds everyone in good health and spirits and ready for the upcoming holidays.  I wanted to remind everyone about the upcoming seminar Alabama APCO is sponsoring on Employment Law at the Holiday Inn-East in Montgomery, December 7, 2004.  We couldn't have asked for a better person to lead this class as Mr. David Tranter is great and never lets us down when we call on him for instruction.  I encourage all who can to attend this seminar.  I hope everyone weathered Hurricane Ivan well.  As I'm sure everyone is aware, Alabama NENA had to move their Gulf Coast Conference due to the damage The Perdido Resort received, but they have imformed myself and Pat that they will be ready for our conference in April 2004.  If you haven't registered yet please use the Conference lincs to do so. 

 

The Quarterly Meeting will be held following the seminar at the Holiday Inn East on December 7th, I hope to see everyone there.
