APCO QUARTERLY MEETING

NOVEMBER 18, 2003

Meeting was called to order by President Jo Tranter.

Invocation was given by Cheryl Robinson.

Jo welcomed everyone and recognized guests.

Sec/Tres Cheryl Robinson presented the minutes of August 26, 2003; this was seconded by Johnny Willis and carried by the Board.

Cheryl also presented the treasurer’s report, this was seconded by Tina Jones and carried by the Board.

Jo then called for Committee Reports:

            Executive Council:

                        Pat Hall was not present, no report given.

            Minimum Standards:

                        Jo advises nothing has changed.

            Historical:

                        Sharon Carroll was not present.

            Training:

                        Marsha Jones was not present.

            Membership:

                        Helen Smith advises nothing new to report.

            Frequency:

                        John Wyckoff was not present.

            Newsletter/Website:

                        Any information you have to put on the website, please

                        send to Gina.

            Area Representatives:

                        Please work your areas and lets see if we can’t get more

                        involved.

            Mutual Aid State Task Force:

                        Joel Whitman was not present.

            Conference Report:

Registration for 1.  State mail out Conference 2004 have been sent.  Also on website.  Conference will start March 22, 2004 through March 25, 2004.

                        Short meeting bad weather.
